are you sure the slipping isn't just the cable needing adjustment? i'll take a pic on the car later, the one above doesn't show much

the adjuster on the cable is all the way tight, and it still wont go into gear with the car on. only when the car is off.

the throwout bearing is new, and i bought a new clutch cable today. gona install it after work. i dont think you can install the disk backwards. ita cc stage 5 6 puck sprung disk.
I willing to bet the clutch adjuster bracket is flexing when the clutch is depressed. Have somebody press the clutch in for you while you are looking under the hood at the adjust bracket.
Mine did this, and I thought it was the clutch going. The brackets are weak and with age crack and flex alot. Somebody could make some good money if they fabbed up a heavy duty one with some extra support. I just welded my own and no problems since!

no the bracket is in good shape. which clutch cable do i use? somebody said the ls cable is to long, and they said to use the one for the crx. so which is it?
im thinking the crx ,civic and teggy cables are all the same.
if your haven this much trouble do like some one said and fab up a new bracket or something. i talked to my buddy and some other peeps and the are using the stock crx cables with the b series trannys, with no probs at all

The missinformation in here is getting way out of hand.
The CRX cable will need to me cut and trimmed to work, the clutch cable from 90-93 tegs is the one that fits and works perfect.

i had your exact same problem and this ended up being the problem
was your car running before this or did it never go into gear
had this problem before.. someone told me to loosen it as much as possible. leave the car on and in Neutral. adjust little by little and go inside and see if it goes into gear..if it doesnt, adjust more til it does. had this not going into gear problem and it worked for me after my new clutch installation.
