Default Tranny goes into Reverse gear and works for only a couple of seconds and then stops, HELP!!

Hey everyone well I have 00 GSR and the tranny is fine, no grinds or anything. But, when I got into Reverse it works fine for about 5 seconds and then the car completely stops as if I were pressing on the brake and does not want to reverse. I have to push the gas pedal pretty hard to have the car reverse but the car barely moves and when I let go of the gas petal the car completey stops while I hold down the clutch pedal (and keep in mind I am not pressing the brake pedal at all while doing this), please help.

I changed the trans. oil about a week ago and a couple of days ago, I put 2.5 qts. of trans. oil Honda OEM oil.

Are you sure it's a transmission problem? Maybe try rolling backwards down an incline with the car in neutral. Could be a brake issue.
