Have a new, never used pair of ground control / eibach springs for Koni Yellows
700.250.450..7 inch length , 2.5 inch diameter and 450lb.

Well it's a coilover spring that needs to be used with a ground control type kit, hope you understand that haha
It's basically the spring that comes in a ground control coilovers set..so yea they are for coilovers to answer your question.
