Ive just bought Willwoods - 4pistons with a 320mm rotor..
Depending on how big you want your brakes you most likely will need to get lower offset rims. I changed my rims from 17x7 +40 to 17x7+35 to clear the 4pots

They exist, you just have to search.

Alternatively do OEM upgrades - Legend or NSX calipers.

That car is a beast, in all honesty I can't see anything more than a 4 pot being necessary - I don't recall what he has on there now though.

I went with NSX but I'm only ~200 hp vs 500hp haha.

6 pot is a beassst caliper, you'll definitely notice a difference over the 4 pot but the cost savings could be applied elsewhere.

4 pot brembo/wilwood/etc w/ larger slotted rotors and ss braided lines and some good pads seems like the most cost effective way

Dunno about the site, but something along those lines I'm sure could work, if you look at the Accord FAQ there's a Prelude VTEC braking setup that I believe is direct bolt on for us, so I'm sure this could work with a little coaxing.

Thanks i will def look into all that. He Obviously lives in texas but goes to school in Findlay Ohio (where i Live). He bought his new Bmw Z4 but i can tell he misses the accord when we hang out. He's a real cool guy and i asked about the dyno and the temp in the shop when he had it dynoed was over 100 with humidity high and living in ohio im scared to know what kind of whp its pulling out now. I dont beat on it at ALL. I know it can take it but i dont. Anyway back on topic i will def look at some options and hopefully have some new jdm headlights second set of wheels and those brakes by spring and i'll post some pics. FYI Honda-tech is alot better forum then the one we have in findlay because ALL i get is ppl doubting what the accord has and have ppl rag on me all the time .

I was a fan of that accord! thats what got me started up on my turbo build. I think your car should do fine with the NSX or Legend equivilants. These were able to stop cars just fine, and maybe you can splurge on different pad set ups instead too... But if you want the show and go look up what guys like Pspec did with his. Or do the mugen BBK wilwood endless etc..

take care of that accord man, alot of people remeber the car. Im glad some has it who willing to take care of it... post up some more pics... and let me know whe you wanna get rid of that header LOL..

If you want over kill Ksport makes a 12piston caliper w/ a 15" rotor for the accord. I'm sure this would be more then enough for 99.9% of the people out there.

I hate to bump this old topic, but has anyone looked at the Baer offerings for the Prelude as a possible swap? The Prelude is a 5-lug, but Baer will make a 4 lug rotor for you at no extra charge as they did for my Galant upgrade. Here's a pic of that setup:

The only two questions that I'm having about this setup is one, if the heat shield will have to be removed, which I'm assuming yes. And two, will the body side of the SS lines provided by Baer, which are Prelude lines, mount up to the body end of the Accord without a problem. If the Prelude and Accord lines are the same on the body side, this shouldn't be a problem. Any assistance/information appreciated.

I just did a rotor over hub conversion, which was step one for the Baer kit. I removed the heat shield from the knuckle during this process.

I will probably take off a line from my Accord and see if Baer can custom make a set for the kit.
