i'd rather buy oem rims than most rotas. Slips are ok. Expect paint chipping after a few months and they have nothing on real rims. Spoon sw338's ftw

rotas are good for the price. I had my bronze rota grids for over two years and they still look perfect.

Rotas are nice wheels. Don't listen to them ^. There are so many companies copying "original" rim designs that it doesn't even matter. It'd be like knocking on every guitar company for making some form of Stratocaster guitar. Everyone copies the design but they're still nice.

Plus, rotas are pretty dang light for the price in some instances. They look nice, and they are affordable.

If you like it, then who cares what anyone else thinks.

for a lot of people its not that theyre the worst quality, Its that rota... drag.. and other companies ruin a lot of wheel designs from real wheel companies. They copy pretty much EVERY design from Volk/work/spoon/RH. You say theyre light? Each rota slip is 13.5 pounds without tires. My buddies set of sw338's are 9 pounds with tires. Your wrong. My buddy has people comment on his sw338's all the time saying "Clean slips." Its simular to buying an ebay turbo kit opposed to a greddy. Im not going to say I havent owned rotas, because ive had pretty much all of them, But I wont be buying them again. If you rock a real set of volks, you have a bunch of 17 year olds in eg's running copies. ROTA FTL

I have rotas on my car right now, but I sold one set that I had and am trying to sell another. I can tell you that when I get deployed again I will be picking up a set of Volks or other brand of real forged wheels.

If you're buying rotas for you DD then they are good. I wouldn't get them if they are gonna be under a lot of stress or something.

Mine is daily driven and i cant justify spending $1000++ on rims just so i can have the name brand. Rotas serve their purpose, they look good for a good price. As for people laughing, i have other quality parts to make up for it.

Sure, If you wanna slack on rims and make up on other parts its your choice. Overall its your car, do what you like.. But your still riding on cheap knock offs of true rims. AT LEAST buy Enkei's. They're quality rims and arent too expensive. Rpf1's can be picked up for less than 1000 with tires. Again, Rota ftl(Coming from someone who's had them all)
