well i live in jersey and i have a 97 civic dx coupe with an obd1 b18b turbo and i recently got popped for an fake inspection sticker soo i have to find a way to get a legit sticker.....now i have an obd2 p75 which does work but i have bigger injectors that it isnt chipped for and no cat. i have a second 02 sensor but it isnt hooked up... can anyone help me out?? somebody was telling me about an 02 sensor simulator that makes the ecu think there is a cat?? didnt do any research on it yet.. i wus thinking maybe remvoing the injectors and disconnecting a charge pipe and finding a way to fool the ecu into reading good emissions and it might be possible????

 

there gonna fail you for not having the cat for tampering. SO I would do that first. And after that just go and see what they fail you for. AS long as you have all the visible emissions components and you dont have any codes you can most likely get through. IT only checks to see if there is a active code and that all you monitors have passed.

 

Let me guess the sticker was orange. Everyone is getting popped for them. I dont know why people even buy them they look fake.

 

put the stock ecu back in, stock injectors and map sensor if you changed it. You can drive the car and as long as you are not boosting you will be fine. Get a cat and put it on and hook up the o2 sensor. Your going to have to drive the car a little (couple miles sometimes) to get the monitors all back into check. You will pass as long as you have no CEL on, some monitors (i think its 2...maybe 3 for 97) can fail...at least here in PA.
