hey im new to this forum... and i was thinkin on doing the mini swap. i understand what i need, (im using the d16y8 rather than z6) i need a good ecu write up for the p28, if someone could find me a link, im also wondering how ling the swap will take, b/c my civic is my daily driver. I was also wondering if the d16y8 had a valve cover that had VTEC on it. i want one. it me seem ricey to people... but im over it.

 

swap is simple i did mine over night with some friends , but it was a z6 ur on ur own with the y8, as for valve covers i sell u the VTEC one u want real cheap !

 

i heard the z6 and the y8 is almost the same, is that true? if not, whats the diff.

 

which block u using ? cause i belive now might be wrong , and damn if u could ever be wrong on H-T , lol, but its just a mater of the dizzy , timing belt and head gasket , as for ecu just pic up P28 , if its obd -1 if its obd-2 i cant help to much will try to find u a link
