hi i want to know how can i find a way to put a air fuel ratio on. the car is a 93 civic coupe ex. and i been asking people around to help but it doesn't seened like they know. if anyone knows can i get some help on it.

 

it would help to know which wideband you are wanting to install.

 

all i know is just the ground wire but the other one i don't i know their is a black, red and purple. if u can help me out with it

 

- red for positive
- black for negative
- purple for 02 sensor

D14 pin on OBD1 ecu

 

which wire from the o2. i know that the o2 has 4 wires but only one wire is right to able to work. i just need the right wire from the 02.

 

Wire it to pin D14 on the ecu, not that it will matter if you get it right, anything with changing voltage will give you the light show you want....

 

i'm sorry i don't know the d14 is. can ya show me or tell what the d14 is.

i dont think thats a wide band. I think you have a narrow band and which IMO sucks.

its a light show that doesnt tell you anything beyond that you are richer or leaner than stoich.

go read on wikipedia about a wideband o2 sensor and a narrowband o2 sensor.
