humming sound from intake
2003 honda accord 2.4L
stock intake, sounds like humming coming from the intake, dont kno what it is
i check for leaks and nothing, vacuum is good
i took off the air box and its louder, if you put your hand on the pipe it goes away at idle, kinda stumped on this

i had a 2000 accord that did the same thing, and also a 2000 honda civic si , didnt affect anything it just hummed 
..i have a 07 accord now and i dont hear anything...

Check the resonator box for water or acorns or anything that could obstruct the air passages. If it starts to get clogged it will made a very distinct mid tone humming noise that's just quiet enough not to be annoying.
