For one, make sure you are turning the right way. Left=Loose Right=tight
Secondly, a little wd-40, pb blasters, etc, wouldnt hurt one bit.
That is all.

if someone used the red locktite on them then good luck... only way you gonna get them out is to heat them and even if you do use the heat on it you have to be really carefull when your heating that cast aluminum you don't wanna melt it. If you've broke off two bolts already your gonna have to take it to a machine shop to get them to drill them out and either they'll be able to retap the holes or put in inserts, on aluminum we don't like to use those helicoils so we'll drill the holes out larger and then make our own inserts out of aluminum to put in with the correct tap size for the bolt.

I'm not a big fan of the red loctite well unless you never wanna take it apart again. I usually like the blue or the green they seem to work pretty good and you shouldn't have to it to bust them loose
the broke? did you bend the bolts? i did before in a camry and thank god it only need another 3 turns to come out. are they broke off flush?

the red **** on the head of the bolt comes from the factory like that.
its used to let the next man on the assembly know that the bolt has been torqed to spec.
I also did the same when i was a apprentice mechanic and was doing big jobs!
