1994 Accord DX, problem starting. Please help
Hello, this is my mom's car. She has a 1994 Accord DX, automatic. I really don't know what the problem may be. We have recently had an alarm installed around 2 months ago. Here's the info that I can give:
-did a CEL check, and gives off no errors
-battery is good still, none of the lights are dimmed and the car cranks
It's a little sudden, because around 1 month ago, which is around 1 month after having the alarm installed. It did the same thing, the car would crank but not start. Then later that night, I was reading the alarm manual and did something, then the car started. Now today, same thing happens, but this time the car won't start even with me doing setting changes on the car.
Can someone please help. Thank you

well i would contact the stereo shop and advise them of the problems your having and maybe they can look at it and see if it is a programing issue with the alarm if that is not the issue then futher diag will be needed but its a place to start.
you also could be having a fuel issue or spark issue.

Thanks, so far she has called the alarm installation company and that will be one of our options.
Currently I hear the fuel pump activate, though I'll be diagnosing if it's electrical or if there is a spark being produced.

i have some diag info if it is not the alarm but until the alarm issue is looked at i would wait and save your self some time.
