Default Question about rear brake swap onto EK and bushing set

OK so for the past few months I have been sitting here in Iraq waiting till I get the hell outof here but have been looking and asking about a rear brake swap onto my 97 civic dx. I just bought last night a complete rear brake setup off 95 civic ex (with ABS). First question my car dosent have have abs and from what i have read i dont have to use the abs on the new ones i bought and they will still work? YES/ NO. Next i know that i dont need the whole trailing arm which they arm coming with but i do want to get a new bushing set and need to know who makes a good set for the 97 civic dx. Also i think someone on here said the lower control arm is another good piece t swap out too, deos that sound about right. Thanks One other question I have is I bought a steel braided brake lines for my 97 civic dx before i decided to swap out the brakes in the rear for disk. My question is does anyone know if those line will work on the 95 civic rear disk caliper?

The 95 civic EX trailing arms should bolt up just fine. Or you can remove everything from each trailing arm and swap them.
As for the bushing, Honda makes great bushing. If you want something stiffer, you can get like Energy Suspension.
You dont have to hook up any of the ABS stuff.. You can just leave it off.
The lower arms are just fine unless you want some aftermarket ones..
And the stainless steel braided lines you just bought are useless because they're meant for a drum setup. The disc/caliper setup uses a different brake line.
