Default What parts are good upgrades for Civics that come off of STOCK integras...??

So I searched a little and have a question...

Ok, so I have a '96 2door GSR and a '95 Civic Si. I am parting out the integra, but wondering what other parts besides brakes and motor would be a good WORTHY upgrade. Now I'm talking about like functional parts, not parts just for looks. Like things like brakes and motor would be functional parts...I know i have heard about people with civics putting GSR sway bars on and so forth.

The other thing I wanted to know, was since I Have ABS sized rotors, without having ABS, are the GSR brakes really worth the upgrade. I dont know the size of each car's rotors, but is gonna make a worthy difference.

Anyways, any input appreciated. Thanks.

Sway bars are on your Si, I'm not sure if the GSR ones are bigger, but you should grab them anyway. The muffler might make a difference. I can't really think of anything atm, but yeah. Maybe grab the rear lca and front knuckles
