ok i know this should probably be in the lighting section, but no one ever gets on there and answers my questions. my question is, i just installed an hid kit on my car with no relay harness. now, when i turn on the radio with the lights on, it is really fuzzy and when i turn the headlights off to the parking lights, it works fine. what could be the problem? do i need the ground on a relay harness? if so, do all harnesses fit most kits? thanks in advance
