I'm interested in this EK, it looks pretty clean. What do you guys think?

Yeah if it idles ok no CEL I'd offer 5500 or 5k, it's well worth it.

correct me if im wrong, but it looks like the engine doesnt have a vin number plate.

might be a jdm trans, correct me if i am wrong but jdm trans do not have vin numbers.

Looks very clean. Ask him where he got the motor from and if he can prove it. Bargain with him.

im gonna say its jdm motor because he says its only 35k miles, and the head of a jdm has the vtec letters bigger than the dohc. usdm the dohc is bigger than the vtec.

That a pretty clean looking hatch, price is resonable if they provide a bill of sale for the motor and car is clean title.

You mean transmission.

Some do.

"Yeah, it's only got 35k." The words of someone who bought their first JDM engine.

The VC is not USDM style and the IM is missing the purge solenoid, most likely a JDM mill.

I thought the USDM B18C valve covers do NOT have the honda emblem on it?

LOL I actually did bought my first jdm motor.. but I bought it from hmotorsonline. Its pretty clean though im not gonna lie compared to a usdm motor.
