ok so im putting a gsr swap in my 95 dx now i know i have to wire in vtec and know what plugs to use. but my question is im running a blox intake manifold. which doesnt have the secondary butterflys. so do i just wire up the knock sensor and pressure switch,

second question is blox LCA dont have the bushing for the gsr sway bar, any one gotta idea of how to shim the control arm or make a make shift bushing.
