Default OEM pistong ring gap spec the same for standard and oversize?

I have an acura service manual and im trying to gap my piston rings.

I have .25 over usdm ITR pistons and i dont know if the standard pistong ring gap in the manual is the same for oversized pistons.

Can anyone clarify this for me?

What ring package are you using? I use the hastings ring pack which is the same for 81 to 82 mm pistons. I never had a problem with gap being 1 thou bigger than standard size. The main thing is makeing sure the rings are clocked correctly and the up side is actually up.
