Does anyone have a blank/example build sheet for blueprinting an engine that they wouldn't mind sharing, or a link to one possibly?

just make one on excel...important thing to note is too separate cyl. head, block, conn. rod, piston tolerances and other component specs into different categories then you can compare clearances and such much easier it will take some time to make it near perfect dont leave important things out...here are key things to note:

bearing clearances
piston/pin tolerances
conn. rod tolerances
oil pump tolerances
cyl. head, block heights
valve train measurements(p2h, p2v, v2v, valve install, guide install height, etc.)
