Japan-partner?
They have been around a long time. They are also recognized by JUMVEA. The catch is getting it registered here and paying port fees which can range 500-2000 depending on your nearest port, as well as shipping fees after it's arrival stateside. I believe they also charge a flat 500 dollar fee for paperwork and translation.
Not to mention the cost of registering that vehicle and get it through emissions and safety. It's a long, difficult process.
So in short, their prices are legit, but the overall cost is "too good to be true."

I've heard of Japan partner. I receive a newsletter from them every month. The cars are very cheap but like someone mentioned above it's the US registration that will kill you.
