Non-VTEC cam seals work on VTEC camshafts?

Non-VTEC cam seals work on VTEC camshafts?
I picked up some cam seals for my GS-R, and they were a little tight. So I checked the part number and turns out they are for non-vtec. Well I managed to get them on. They are a little tight, but WILL THEY WORK??
