This is a oil splash guard that keeps the oil when you remove the filter from your '06 '07 '08 civic si sedan or coupe from spilling into your frame. This tool is only available from honda's tool program and made available to dealers only.

I happen to have only one extra that I'm willing to sell I had to buy 2 that how they come that's why I'm seeling it. They aren't cheap but they work quite well so you don't have to spend the time cleaning up the mess.
