FIRST, you need to make an HONEST goal of how much power you plan to make.
example, if you want 200 hp... just throw the kit on there with a vortech fmu and a missing link and you be fine
250.. missing link and greddy emanage or vafc or something, set-up on dyno
300.. get hondata or something that you can tune, start to think of internals, grab a walbro
350... rods/pistons, try to find some injectors, something tuneable, fuel pump
400... rods/pistons, studs and sleeves if you got cash, no sleeves? consider the effieciences of your set up and maximize them. compromise on possible power for better safety and of course, fuel pump, decent injectors, something tuneable
450... build the block, something tunable, 550+ injectors, the walbro pump is starting to hate you

once you get the car on boost it easy to get everything else...if reliabilty is wat u want use a EMS..like hondata s300, greddy emanage, AEM EMS..and you can boost very efficiently and make decent power on low boost..there will be less stress on the engine..also invest on a AEM TRU boost gauge..it gives the most accurate reading..and with the EMS theres boost cut..and trust me that will save you alot of money in the long run..
