i have a 90 integra LS. and my headlights arent working (high and low beam dont work), but my interior lights work. when i turn on my lights all the way (on the switch) the little blue light lights up on my cluster (as if my lights are not on)
-NO its not the fuses
-NO its not burnt out blubs
-NO its not the headlight switch
-NO its not the dimmer switch
-my foglights do work (thats what im using right now as headlights)

my buddy said it might be daytime running light relay, but i tried 2 from the junk yard and my headlights still didnt work, so im not sure if the ones at the junk yard are done like mine and i should get one from the dealer, but if its not that they wont refund it, and one from the dealer is over $115.
so anyone that could help me out that would be great. and if you have an ideas let me know

I'm not sure how electrically inclined you are but electrical problems can be tricky to solve on a forum. I've found the best way to solve these is to grab a wiring diagram and a multimeter and just test along the whole circuit(lights circuit in your case) once you find the area where there's no voltage you can check for breaks or shorts in that particular wire, bad grounds or even that relay you think it may be. It sucks but if you pay someone to do it it could take some time which is your money. Goodluck

 

try diff set of bulbs,look at the connector to the bulb itself sometimes it will burn inside there if the bulbs are too high watts/
