Is there anyplace that builds and sells these swaps? Or do i need to have a shop do it? How expensive is this normally to do? What kind of power do u get out of a normal build up?

Importbuilders pre-assembled motors are expensive because they use high quality parts, and brand new oem gaskets, seals, etc, so that it's done right the first time. You get what you pay for.
