Default electrical problems

hey guys/gals, i have a totally hacked up wiring harness that has been working for the past year or so, but it my car started acting up the other day and now it wont turn on.

Im not sure if my problem is ECU or Wiring harness related (chipped p28).

Im not sure if I should order a new harness or new ECU or what. It feels like theres an exposed wire and its rubbing against something and shorting out, because when i did have it half-running it barely ran and broke down untill I played with the wires.

The last time I ordered a new harness it came with extra plugs so i didnt use it and i hacked the plugs i needed off of it, is it ok to use the plug if it has like 3 too many plugs? Also I tried using my spare JDM pr3 ecu with no luck (but im uncertain how reliable it is)

code 22 is for a vtec pressure switch problem test the switch and the connections to the switch.

make sure you didn't cross the vtec spool valve solenoid connection with the pressure switch connector.
