Default service connector?

i have an evassive motorsports converssion harness converted to obd1 and the last two times when i had a cel and i tried to jump the service connector nothing would happen. so i had a guy comeout that was familiar with wiring because im not.

he jumped two wires on the ecu harness to trip the cel to tell me what code i was throwing, but i dont know which wires he jumped on the harness, and also i cant get ahold of him anymore. any help would be appreciated.
