Default Cam KINGS and GODS

I know there is a difference in B16 and GSR cams.
My question is, is there any special markings on them to tell the difference?
What is the difference between them?
Can't tell on the lobes.....
HELP PLEASE......

That's a great link.

No need to use stock cams but if you have to that's a great resource.
