Default B18C5 bottom end internals in Jdm B16A??

I recently bought a 1st JDM B16a. and was given a cracked sleeve usdm Itr block w/ all of its internals too. What do i have to do to make all thee B18c5 stuff fit in my b16a. Will it work and will it be reliable? Any modifying to the itr gridle to fit in b16a?... Thanks in advance. Reliability is the goal here with the most power out of what i got.

DO SOME RESEARCH DO SOME RESEARCH

yes you can do it, but you need custom rods and pistons because deck height is diffrent. You end up spending more money then just buying a b18 block
