right, so i found me another ef sedan and this one has an issue. the guy that i am buying it from told me it was a distributor problem, but i took the distributor from my other sedan that i knew worked, put it in, and got no spark. i checked the plugs, which are new, running a new battery, new ingition switch, the main relay by the fuse box in the car is fine, and all of the fuses are good. the only thing i can think of is the ecu.
is there anything else that could cause no spark. (and yes the timing belt in on and workin right)
if it is the ecu, i actually have a spare, seeing how i just did a dohc zc swap with 0bd1 ugrade.
thanks in advance.

i did a full gray plug conversion to my old hatchback. The car wouldn't get spark at all found out that it was a defective ign switch.
sounds like you've already gone from a-z so try that.

that was the only thing i found in the service manual that was in that location. this is starting to make me mad. i did everything that i could think of, that the manual said to do, and that my mechanic could think of over the phone.
i plugged in my ecu from my 89 dx and it kept throwing a code 19. i thought they only went to 17.
i plugged the ecu from the 88 lx back in and didnt get any codes. WTF is goin on.
