Default 88 prelude head bolt issue

So i was having the head on my 88 prelude 2.0SI 4WS re manufactured for some valve issues. When i put it back on i found out that the threads in the block are stripped for one of the headbolts. It runs in fine but handles very little torque before preceding to turn round and round without advancing. Can anyone list any possible fixes for this?

i should have been more clear.. i am hoping to keep from pulling the engine, but if it's necessary then it's certainly an option. the car is stock, it's just my commuter. thanks guys.
