I am Working on Building my 2001 Integra LS and making it a LS/Vtec. I am just wondering if i could get any help with my build like, recommended parts and to make it reliable. The LS Motor only has 54,468 miles on it and i bought it almost 1 year ago off an old guy that never really drove it. Help me so i know what to get and to do it right, i also want to port and polish the head, balance and blueprint the crank and rods. Thanks

since you are close to la puente, id recommend togoto l&t japanese auto, he does great work, warranties it for a year and does it pretty in expensive too, l& t auto off of valley blvd in la puente, just check em out atleast..

Alright i will check that out, is there anywhere to order the parts from, The rods and the pistons arent going to be OEM Honda parts. Are 8mm ARP Rod bolts good for an LS/Vtec? I heard thats what usually goes out are the Rod bolts.
