Default Car won't rev past 4,000 ish. Timing at 4 degrees? HELP.

So i pulled my b16 out of my EK and it was running fine. I had to sell my b16 distributor and got another distributor from a gsr.

I put the b16 in my crx with the gsr distributor. I have a hondata s300 with only a knock and o2 heater code being thrown. Car won't rev past about 4000 and runs like ****. I checked the firing order and its correct; however, hondata still says I only have 4 degrees of timing. I've tried rotating the distributor as far left and as far right on the slots as I can, but still nothing.

Is it possible my cyl position sensor is messed up, or my tdc sensor is messed up? I don't have any codes for them, but i'm at a loss.

turns out cam timing was off like a ****. Now the car is getting too much gas and for some reason the map says 1580 milibar. Think my map and or map wiring is messed up.

What could've caused your cam timing to be off if all you did was remove the distributor and install a new one?

No idea man, checked cam timing and exhaust was off by like 3 teeth and intake by 1 tooth. Timing belt had some major wear marks, so I replaced it.

Thank god my motor isn't junk.
