Hey guys and gurus

Just picked up a 92 CX with USDM H22

Chipped p28..according to seller

This is the first swapped honda I have ever owned. So PLEASE pardon my somewhat newbie questions.

The car runs great but, it idles at a steady 1.2K rpm...

Could this be electrical or mechanical...

I remember reading something about a valve/unit under the intake manifold? Should this be the first thing to look into/clean...
