Here is my situation with importparts.com:

I ordered a JDM conversion kit for my Integra from Ben on 7/3/02 and he promised me that I will recieve the kit in roughly 14 days... well its been 23 days and counting. The worst part is that Ben isn't even responding to any of my emails.

For the past 2 weeks I've been relentlessly calling importparts.com to check on the status of my kit. Well apparently Ben has been experiencing personal problems for 2 weeks... thus my order is at a standstill. (Mike also told me the JDM kit has been at the store for 2 weeks already... "Thanks Mike for all your help") I also was told that only Ben deals with the freight shipments and until he comes in, it won't be shipped out.

I've always believed in importparts.com's commitment and service, but after this situation... I've totally lost faith in importparts.com

I don't know how Ben is going to fix this problem.

 

Ben has always come through for me. Man, things happen. Ask yourself if you would ignore some serious situation in your personal life? I'm sure Ben would not feel great about your displeasure on the time involved with this order. At least you are not hanging in the dark, you do know that the kit is at IP and ready to be sent out. At least you have that for now.

Dont worry...I'm sure whatever it is its gotta be very important because customer service is very important to ben. He's only human....

 

no i think a jdm conversion kit is well suited for the FI forum
