Default gsr idle problem

Hey i got some questions for you all motor guys, got this car its my roomates, 99 EK hatch with a gsr swap. itr pistons, cams, intake and exhaust mani. Its having this rough idle problem. It bounches between 1300-1500 and idles it has vtec killer cams. Thought it was the tps, checked voltage at the ecu, .470 at closed throttle, 4.5xx at wot, sweeps fine no flat spots, replaced fpr for ***** and giggles, no change. weird thing is the idle is the same with or witout the vaccum line on the fpr connected. Runs complete fine, accept for its idle issues, smells extremely rich tons of raw fuel, all injectors are pulsing correct. Starting to think something wrong with the map sensor, it has a 2.5 pr 2.7xvdc signal at idle, not sure of the spec. hooked up a vaccum guage during its idle issues, it bounced between 10-14" of vacuum

Cant figure it out for the life of me, compression teste showed 250-255 psi compression. Any useful insight would be appriciated. thanks

how long since you changed your spark plug wires?
they can cause a rough idle, and if it smells rich it could be because youre getting a bad spark

also, if it has vtec killer cams, it really needs a tune.
adding cams with a big profile makes the car idle poorly. thats why some cams say "keeps stock idle characteristics" and others dont

that's probably normal for that setup. lots of overlap is for high rpm, not idle.
