hi im comvert my ls in to ls vtec but im have a problem whath head is the better and why to convert to ls vtec thanks

since your are a new user.. I highly suggest you use h-t's search feature..there is alot of info that can be found.. this feature can be found in the top right of your screen.. Also there is LOTS of info in the [faq] thread that is at the top of the forum..

 

GSR head flows a tad bit better, and will allow for .2 more compression.
