Default What should I do with this? A punk messed up my 99ITR bonnet!!!

Well, a punk messed up my 99ITR bonnet by painting what you see in the image below. Any suggestions on how to remove this?

Cheers

Azuma

What the mess? That is lame. It looks like you need to invest in a car cover. Removal may be difficult. I would consult a body shop. Sorry to hear.

if thats just regular spray paint, get a clay bar, you can get them at a autozone, or pepboys or any kind of auto parts store, its a big hunk of this clay like stuff, it will come with a spray or you can use glass cleaner, and spray down the area with the paint real good and rub the clay bar over the paint, it should all come up with a little effort, after that clean the car real good and apply some wax, cuz the clay bar will remove any wax thats on the car

I really need to catch bastard. I am sure he will come back one day. He is probably a F#$%^ed up teenager living in the same neighborhood. What I need is to invest some $$ in a good security cams for my parking lot since the cars are going to keep increasing.

That's really messed up. Claybar would be my best suggestion as well. Hope you catch whoever it was.

This didnt really happen in Japan, did it? Like everyone else said, claybar it. I would start with simple green first, CW hides blemishes well, luckily.

It happened in Japan, right here in front of my warehouse. Like I said, there is a F#$%ed up kid around. Most of the cars are parked right in front of their homes and no one cares. When I was trying to clean it up the other day(but I couldnt), an old person passing by told me that his car was messed up with the same wording too. As I type this, I have decent cars parked in front of my warehouse and a few more are coming. I dismantle cars for my customers and ship them out. Usually this doesnt happen in Japan. MY friends have cars on road side yards and nothing happen to them. Here is the view from the back of the cars. They are all nice cars and I am sure that messed up kid somehow couldnt handle the view. I am going to get that bastard one day.

Wow... Sorry to hear, hope you catch that kid! Any compound should take it off, mothers, turtle wax, etc.

sorry about that, but wet sand it down with 2000 grid paper and polishing compound from 3M can bring the clear back as long as its not down to the sheet metal. Good Luck...

A body shop WILL have the right chemical to take this off.

Go visit one before messing up your paint.
