I could be wrong because I dont have the specs of both right here in front of me, but I think a better comparison would be the M22X or XX against the S2S2. Define "fully built" and who did the headwork? Most people with 13:1 setups know which cams to run already.

When I was building my B16. I was going to use the M21 cams. I was told they where good for a small build ( mild PnP,IHE,.25 over CTR pistons). For your motor you might want to try the S2S2.

I'd say M22s over Sk2s2 but if they're M21s go with the skunks, if you own both why not dyno each to find out and post the results.

M22s are a lot bigger and meant for 1.8L and larger.

Default FV-QR

How did you wind up with these cams not really knowing what either of them are?

well i ordered them from a suppier. I was unsure of what to run becasue I have never used either or so wanted to make the correct decision the first time so I purched the m21 but its been so long i cant remember if it was m21 or m22 and now my supplier in which i purched these through will not answer my question on weather they were m21 or m22 i dont know why. Is there a way to determine what they are for sure by my self?

Rocket does not "mark" his camshafts, if you could send them to him to be measured he would be able to tell you for sure.

K well he tells me they are m21 so i guessing these are not going to give me every thing that i should be getting out of the motor compared to the skunk 2 stage 2

The M21's were designed for B16's or turbo applications. We have had really good results with the ROCKET products , that is all I use. M22xx work great but what bore is your set-up ?
