It wont leak and it will run fine BUT you wont be getting the full potential of the TB I would just take it to a shop and have it port matched or sell it to me

lol im sure it will work, i did enough research. that lil diff isnt going to hurt me or not get full effect. everything lines up and its off like 2mm if that. bc the sk2 manifold is 60mm AND THIS TB is 62mm

Get it port matched...Why spend all that money on that **** and not get the full potential out of them?

DIY...even if it isnt perfect, Its better than what you have now. Make it as smooth as you can. Put on a Stock TB if you are going to leave that manifold like that.

Just draw an outline on it then you will know how much and where to take it off.

i went pretty close to the iacv and broke throught, im going to jb weld the lil hair crack as soon as i get the new gasket and see how it lines up. but below are some pictures i snaped for ya's.

* we still have to clean out the metal shaving in the i/m. we used the used S2 i/m to try our first port out job and learn, for future reference. the new s2 i/m im going to be using a 62mm oem type r throttle body. if anyone has anymore Questions feel free to hit me up.
