Default What car did this ECU come from?

I recently got back into the Honda game and I got this ECU with a swapped EF I bought:

It has obd-1 plugs and plugs into my car just fine. The car will start, but only idles for a little bit before turning off. Im not too concerned about it not working because I have a couple of regular p72 ecus that work just fine.

So Honda-Tech, where did this ECU come from, and what can I do with it?

The plugs are obd-1, with the addition of another plug. The inside looks like obd-2 though.
Edit:
Here is a picture comparing this ecu to a normal obd-1:

Thats the guy who I bought the car from.
He never received a straight answer on it. Everyone thought it was just an obd-2 ecu. An obd-2 ecu wont plug into an obd-1 harness.

I also think its weird that that is the only link that comes up when you search the ecu number.

There we go.
So this thing needs an auto tranny to even run a car?

That would be an automatic obd1 p72 ecu for an automatic integra gsr.
I have not tried running one in a manual vehicle, however I doubt it would work very well :-)

Japan, just like all Integras.

Now, if you're asking where it was sold, that answer is also Japan, but only Japan (to my knowledge).
