Default gs-r all motor setup in progress

b18c1 motor
rebuilt bottom end:
-82mm ITR pistons
rebuilt head:
-valve job
-aftermarket valve springs and retainers
bolt on parts:
-JG Edelbrock 4-2-1 header
-2.5 in test pipe
-AEM cold air intake
-310cc injectors
-B&M fuel pressure regulator
-p28 w/mugen program

what kind of horsepower gains can i expect with this kind of setup?
better yet what kind of times should i expect to pull in the quarter on street tires?

well it all depends on the tuner. If you tune it pretty good around 180 -190 to the wheels. I just did this to my motor and wait to break it in and get headers.
Mods
b18c
Port and polish
three angle valve job
buddy club Spec 3 cam
buddy club valve springs, valves and Retainers
buddy club cam gears
cleaned out the whole engine from carbon build up
skunk2 IM
S300 hondata
short ram intake
and im working on getting some Tri y headers.
the tri y headers will give you to most horse power for you car. they are proven to give honda/acura the most horse power but that was what i was told by my tuner but my i hang out with my tuner lot and he work at a automotive school so he knows what hes doing.

Given the fact that you didnt upgrade the cams, i would say anywhere between the 170-180 mark, if even that.

My suggestions...

1. bigger cams, because you have the compression for it. So go with something like skunk2 stage 2, or skunk2 pro 1s. If you prefer another brand, then choose a similar cam with the same aggressiveness...

2. Better header. JG edelbrock is good, but there are plenty of headers out there that would help that motor breather a little better. Some include: Hytech replica (which seems to be the most sought after header because its fairly cheap and "supposedly outperforms the rest"), but i would personally go with something like SMSP, or a DTR if you can find one.

3. What kind of exhaust do you have? Im guessing a 2.5 inch, since youre running a 2.5 inch test pipe. But yea, you need a good exhaust to get those gases out lol. Something like a t1r power 63 would help out a lot.

4. Intake Manifold. You are running a p28, which means that you are running the program for a single runner. The gsr manifold is equipped with dual runners, thats why they have the corresponding p72 ecu to accompany it. I suggest you get a single runner intake manifold, sorta like an ITR or skunk2 pro series. You can also look into the JG Edelbrock performer x, which was tested, and beat the **** out of a skunk2 mani.

Those are the basic things that i can think off the top of my head. THey would help greatly in the performance of the motor, and raise your numbers significantly, WITH GOOD TUNING.
