H22 throttle body on JDM GSR

Will i get any gain from putting a H22 throttle body on a jdm gsr with I/H/E and blox manifold. Also the car is chipped on chrome......

not likely...what are the size differences? will the H-series TB even bolt onto a b-series IM?

Its 60mm i am running a ls now which is 58mm
