here's what you do: Buy a set of buddy club 3 cams, cam gears and their valvetrain, take your head to a machine shop, get them to install the springs and cams, do a valve job if needed and check/freshen the head. You'll have what you want.
ill have synapse turbo install everything for me, there my local shop and do great work, do buddy club 3s make good mid range?
ive herd about people using em but never looked at them. is it possible to get all that for under 1000 dollars, if not would the cams work with other cam gears and valve train?

buddy club 3's are considered to be the "midrange cams" by most people and $1000 should cover what you want. Search buddy club or BC 3's.
yeah i just found in the market place a really good deal i think tell me what you think. RS Camshafts B16/18 Spec III + w/Cam Gear and Valve Springs: $731.00
the rs cams the spec 3's right?
i saw other people selling used ones for 300 for cams or 450 with cam gears, but i figure i can find cam gears used for like 80 . now can i just drop those cams and valve train in and tune or do i need to ugrade my fuel rail and injectors, cause i just got stock, im gonna tune on hondata, i dont have money to do any porting or anything, or will the head not flow enough for the cams to work right?

Drop them in and tune yes as long as they're done by someone who knows what they are doing. The head will flow more than enough for these cams and then some. No need for fuel rail or injectors, Hondata

don't get my hopes up i don't think anyone will be giving me free cams, but if there is god damn ill even toss them 100 bucks + shippin lol. i decieded im going to spend the money and build the head.
$450 cams
$150 3 angle valve job
$230 valves {i used ferrera 6000}
$40 deck head
16 new guides x $3 ea = $48
springs, locks and retainers $250-350
= $1100 ish and that's doing everything, used cams would have the deal under a grand
