Is pic #3 for the reverse lights?

 

pic 1 is the thermo housing ground and for the rest i would find a wireing diagram for which ever engine harness ur using and trace the colors for it, much easier

 

that last plug is for the o2 sensor...you can see where it clips onto the bracket and will go the exhaust. also, the second picture (right plug) looks like it could be for the knock sensor. im not 100%, but if it only has one wire, its likely. the ground cable goes to that bolt you have loosened in the middle of the 3rd pic. and the connector by the thermostat looks like it may go up to a plug on right to the right of the vtec solenoid plug. hope that helps.
