Default Tranny and LSD break in period?

sup yallllls,
anyone know if a brand new honda tranny and itr lsd has a break in period? im approaching the end of my clutch's break in so i need to konw if i need to go easy on it longer for those other parts.

ALSO, does anyone know if rpm matching (heel toe) downshifts are hard on teh synchros? ideally it should be EASIER on the synchros (if you can do it right).

LASTLY, when rpm match downshifting should the rpms be brought up to the right point BEFORE you slide the gear lever into the lower gear? or simply before you release the clutch.

thanks for the help.

helical LSDs don't require break-in periods, only clutch-type LSDs do.
