This has probably been asked so many times you guys are sick of hearing it, but I am new here and I need some opinions. I am going for off-the-line HP and Torque .. not so much top speed. Looking at my setup (in my signature), which would deliver what I want, super or turbo?? Thanks ...

Try doing a search this topic has been covered over and over. I think most people will say turbo , but it is personal preferance.

supercharger = low end torque decent power less tuneability; turbo = low end lag (less with smaller turbos) greater tuneabliity greater hight end hp. therfor, you would be in the market for a SUPERCHARGER.

 

turbo without a doubt
why spend money on a supercharger when a turbo is less and can produce more power!!

 

low end grunt.. supercharger
mid and top end ... turbo (mind you that they will get you off the line)

 

There it is...

 

supercharger = fast
turbo = faster
