I have checked and rechecked my timing, idle and cleaned the IACV and throttle on the D16Y8.
I do not have any CEL lights at all and it starts and idles fine now.
The problem I have is that after driving it when you come to a stop and press in the clutch the idle dips very low and most of the time it stalls. With the A/C on it will stall less.

The modifications I have on my D16Y8 setup with stock P2P ECU.
Added wiring for Vtec solenoid, Vtec pressure switch, knock sensor, and 3 wire to 2 wire IACV modification.
competition cams,
short ram air
aluminum flywheel and 6 puck.
4-2-1, 2.5 inch header, test pipe, exhaust
spark plug fouler trick for the second O2.
new fuel filter, new cap, new rotor, new sparkplugs,

What cam are you running?

 

it is a 260 VTEC 1.6L cam

checked the tps as suggested by a member and i get 0.47V closed throttle and 4.5V at WOT.

this is one real big problem stalling everytime I press on the clutch coming to a stop.
