Default Speaker Grill Removal

I need to remove the speaker grills in the doors and the rear to put in a set of non blown speakers. I removed the screws on the door grills but there is still something keeping it from coming loose. I pryed on it pretty good but dont wanna brake anything.
How do i get them off?

Also how do i get the back grills off? Havent even tried them so any hint is a decent hint.
Also pics help ALOT! Visual learner onboard.

The grilles in the front door just pop out, no screws to speak of. What kind of EF do you have?

Using a compass analogy when looking at the speaker cover on the driver's door. There are 4 tabs on (2 on each north & south side) you need to pop out - use a screw driver that to pop out but put a thin towel around it to not damage the trim. For reference the North side had the 2 screws that you removed and the south side has two slide tabs that will slide out when the 4 other tabs are released.

make sure grills are warm and flexible. I cracked one doing it when it was like 70 out, even being careful. Since then I hit them with the heat gun, and then they are flexible enough they just pop right out with a real little straight blade I got with my stihl chainsaw.
