Default Bogging issue (yet another thread of my car bogging)

As I have posted before, ever since I did my mini-me swap (y7/y8) I have encountered numerous bogging issues. My list of fixes:

-changed spark plugs
-changed fuel filter
-adjusted distributor to test for timing there
-reset ECU

The bogging still persists as this: when I start my car, it immediatly starts bogging and eventually dies soon after (on a cold start). To fix this, when I pull out of the drive way, I have to turn the car on and off and the bogging ceases for a little bit, until I get to the stop sign, then it goes away once the car heats up. Then, while on the highway it will be fine for a few minutes until it randomly starts bogging which is once again fixed when I turn the car on and off. This repeats until I get to the destination. Any suggestions would help.
