Default GSR Idling weird?! and how to fix code 10?!

I just installed a skunk2 intake manifold on my 96 gsr motor.
after the install i started it and i got a code 10 (Intake air temperature)
also my cars idle jumps to 3k right when i start it then after it warms up it bounces from 1k to 2k. anyone know how to fix this? thanks.

If the idle is erratic. You have a vacuum leak. And to fix your code IAT... you probably just need to replace the sensor. Had the same problem... but only after swapping to a skunk2 intake manifold.

Also since you have an erratic idle. My suggestion is to one clean your IACV... and if that doens't work.. you need to make sure the gasket your using is new and that the old one is completely gone.

alright, sounds good... but just for the quick info my vacuum leak was due to having the gasket bad. You gotta make sure the old gasket is completely gone when installing the new one. And as far as for your IAT it probably melted at the tip..
